Paris Saint-Germain scout Giorgio Ciaschini said coach Carlo Ancelotti has Napoli duo Edinson Cavani and Ezequiel Lavezzi firmly in his sights.
The Qatari-owned Ligue 1 outfit are determined to establish themselves as a major power in world football and have already shown their ambition with the acquisitions of Javier Pastore and Thiago Motta.
PSG have been recently linked with moves for both Lavezzi and Cavani, and Ciaschini has confirmed the club's interest in the Napoli pair.
"Ancelotti has made specific requests, but the question is then whether these desires may be translated into reality," Giaschini told Radio Crc.
"From Napoli, we like Lavezzi and Cavani, but I do not know if there are currently negotiations in that regard.
"I do not agree with (Napoli) president (Aurelio) De Laurentiis when he says that 'Pocho' (Lavezzi) would not get on well in Paris.
"Cavani is an important player. It's clear that he would also choose his next destination according to the prestige of the championship. However, PSG now have great appeal."
